A Real Parent's Story

We heard a Tasmanian devil scream and understood why they're called devils

A rescued devil named Taz let out a scream during feeding time. My 6-year-old jumped, then laughed.

Bonorong is special because every animal has a story. Taz the devil was hit by a car and has a permanent limp. The keepers know each animal personally. It's educational in ways zoos never are. My daughter left wanting to be a wildlife rescuer.
